Truffle Growing
Over the years, continuous investment and research have enabled us to achieve plants of excellent quality and significant truffle production in the plants we plant. A constant challenge that together with our loyal customers who have truffle farms already in production gratifies us, giving us further stimulus to improve more and more.
Truffle Growing
Truffle farming has made considerable progress over the years, and to date we can confirm and demonstrate the possibility of growing different species of truffles by adopting the right agronomic techniques.

Our plants are not supplied to other nurseries and/or retailers, they are produced and grown in our own farm greenhouses and delivered directly to the end customer so that we can follow up with them at all times and thus avoid fraud with additions of non-mycorrhized forest plants.

By operating in this way, we are thus able over the years to always advise our clients to the best of our ability, providing them with all the right arrangements for a successful truffle planting. Le piante

QUALITY OF MYCORRHIZED PLANTS

All propagation material is accompanied by certificates of clonal identity (D.L. n. 386/2003) that comes from the Corpo Forestale Dello Stato also for species that require it, the EC plant passport is issued. Our company to verify the degree of qualitative-quantitative mycorrhization has always used Recognized and Accredited External Bodies.
Since 2012, the company has also adopted the production specifications of the Emilia Romagna Region (Council Resolution No. 212 of February 27, 2012), which provides for the traceability of the entire production chain in its various stages of processing, starting from the stages of germination and inoculation until the mycorrhization has taken place. Our company has an agreement with L'Università Degli Studi di Urbino "Carlo Bo" Department of Biomolecular Sciences for the final control of mycorrhization for all batches that will then be destined for marketing.

ACCESS TO PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS

It should be noted that in many Italian Regions in certain periods financial contributions are provided for the establishment of truffle plants, which allow to cover the planting and care of the truffle bed, thus allowing an amortization of the initial costs for the first years of non-harvesting.

Before purchasing the plants to be planted, it is therefore a good idea to find out whether in your Region, or where you intend to plant the truffle grove, funding is currently provided, verifying that you have all the requirements to access it, (It is advisable to contact the offices of your Region of Residence, or Mountain Communities, Trade Associations such as Coltivatori Diretti, Cia, Unione Agricoltori, etc...).
